1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the WOW Creator Academy portal, website, and related services (collectively, “the Platform”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you must not access or use the Platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User” or “You”) and WOW Creator Academy (“We,” “Us,” or “Our”). Please review our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy as they form part of this agreement.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Platform. If you are under the age of 18, you represent and warrant that you have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the Platform, and that your parent or guardian agrees to be bound by these terms on your behalf.

By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of this requirement.

3. Account Registration & Security

When you create an account, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We reserve the right to suspend, disable, or terminate your account at any time if we suspect any violation of these terms, without prior notice.

You may not share your account credentials with any third party, nor may you create accounts by automated means or under false pretenses.

4. Course Content & Intellectual Property

All content provided on the Platform, including but not limited to course materials, videos, text, graphics, images, logos, quizzes, assignments, code samples, and resources (collectively, “Content”), is the intellectual property of WOW Creator Academy or its content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Content without prior written consent
• Upload, post, or transmit Content to any third-party platform
• Sell, license, or commercially exploit any Content
• Use the Content for any purpose other than personal learning

5. Trademark Notice

PUBG MOBILE, World of Wonder (WOW), and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of their respective owners, including Krafton Inc. You may not use such marks without the prior written permission of the respective owner.

The use of any trademarked names on this Platform is for descriptive and educational purposes only and does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by the trademark holders.

6. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Upload, transmit, or distribute any malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, other accounts, or connected networks
• Harass, abuse, defame, or harm other users, instructors, or staff
• Use any automated tools, bots, or scripts to scrape, data-mine, or otherwise collect data from the Platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the proper functioning of the Platform
• Post or transmit any content that is infringing, obscene, hateful, or discriminatory

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your account and legal action where applicable.

7. Certification

Upon successful completion of all course requirements, including passing all quizzes, submitting all assignments, and meeting any additional criteria specified by the course, you will be eligible to receive a certificate of completion.

WOW Creator Academy reserves the sole and absolute right to:

• Verify that all requirements were genuinely met before issuing a certificate
• Revoke or withhold certification if it is discovered that requirements were not met, terms were violated, or academic dishonesty occurred
• Update certification criteria at any time without prior notice

Certificates issued are educational credentials from WOW Creator Academy and do not represent any official certification from PUBG MOBILE, Krafton, or any other entity.

8. Monetization Education

Information, strategies, and case studies provided about monetization within the Platform are for educational and informational purposes only.

We make no guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding specific financial outcomes, earnings, or success. Actual results depend on numerous factors including but not limited to market conditions, content quality, platform policies, user effort, and external factors beyond our control.

Any earnings figures or examples shared are illustrative only and should not be construed as typical or guaranteed results.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Platform and all Content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WOW Creator Academy and its officers, instructors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunity
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the Content

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to discontinue use of the Platform.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WOW Creator Academy and its affiliates, officers, instructors, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms of Service
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without prior notice, and without liability.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. The following provisions shall survive termination: Sections 4 (Intellectual Property), 8 (Monetization), 9 (Limitation of Liability), 10 (Indemnification), and 13 (Governing Law).

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time at our sole discretion. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop using the Platform.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
